			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Conceived by HCA Board member Jane Carton and supported by the Garden Workers, the annual Sharpe Park event is a fun gathering for kids of all ages.  Now in its third year, the Neighbors Night Out is a great place to mingle with friends, make new acquaintances, meet your commissioners, share a cold drink and a cookie and eagerly await your winning number for a wonderful door prize.  The 2010 festivities will be held on September 14th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Volunteers are needed and are most welcome &#8211; food, entertainment, sponsors, decorations, etc. If you are interested in learning more about the Sharpe Park gala event or the Haverford Civic,  why not attend a meeting &#8211; the 2nd Tuesday of evey month at 7:30 p.m. at the Merion Cricket Club.  Sharpe Park is located on the southwest corner of Montgomery Avenue and Station Avenue, adjacent to the Haverford Train Station.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">A key to your residence will be stored in a lock box in proximity to the entrance to your residence. The access code will be available only to Police, Fire and EMS personnel, and it would be used only during an emergency when responders cannot make entry into your home without using force. This capability enables responders to gain quick and easy access, thereby greatly enhancing their ability to access the sick or injured. And without damage to the property.</span></p>
